For over 25 years, The Wolf Firm has provided a broad range of legal services to members of the financial services community. Recognizing that in today’s environment, labor and employment claims pose some of the most potent threats to productivity, profitability and, in some instances, even company viability, and in an attempt to better protect its clients, the firm has taken its work in this area and formed a separate Department called the Labor and Employment Department.
The Labor and Employment Department regularly defends employers in virtually every type of forum, from Administrative Hearings, to State and Federal Court, to Arbitrations. It is chaired by attorney Joseph J. Nardulli, who has approximately 40 years of unparalleled experience in this area. Mr. Nardulli has represented employers and their managers in every facet of labor and employment law ranging from pay and overtime disputes, to claims of wrongful and retaliatory termination, gender discrimination and sexual harassment. Mr. Nardulli has also defended multiple class action suits, some involving many thousands of potential class members and millions of dollars in exposure.
Consistent with the Firm’s billing practices in other practice areas, the Labor and Employment Department does not charge for responding to questions of general concern related to California law and is prepared to review and advise on specific matters under a specially tailored flat fee program.
Mr. Nardulli can be reached at (949) 612-2854 or joseph.nardulli@wolffirm.com.
