Foreclosure Department

WHAT SETS US
APART:
The Wolf Firm is one of only a handful of law firms which provides
non-judicial foreclosure services in California and Nevada. All of our services
are provided within Agency guidelines, pricing and timeframes. The
Wolf Firm provides you with the rich and powerful resources of an "AV" rated
law firm without exorbitant costs.
Additionally, The Wolf Firm is designated counsel for FNMA for the State
of California.
Using The Wolf Firm for your non-judicial foreclosures enables you
to fulfill a recognized "best practice" for your foreclosure and related
legal needs such as REO Closings, bankruptcies, evictions, judicial foreclosures,
receiverships and general litigation. The Wolf Firm can provide you with
seamless, immediate, and cost-effective representation without the inherent
delays in hand-offs that often occur when legal matters must be referred
from a trustee that does not also perform legal services.
The Wolf Firm is client focused and technology driven. We encourage
questions and attempt to provide practical answers based both on legal principles
and the customs and practices in the industry. The Wolf Firm does not charge
for general legal questions and all of its charges meet the standards in
the industry.
Our practice is built around consistency in our service and a strategic
approach to case management. We work with our clients to develop clear, specific
goals and strategies, while controlling costs and exceed ing the client's
expectations.
LEADERSHIP:
Renae C. Murray is manager of our Foreclosure Department. Ms. Murray
brings with her over 24 years of experience as a Trustee's Sales Officer.
Prior to joining The Wolf Firm, she worked for various leading mortgage,
trustee and title companies. She has handled countless non-judicial Foreclosures
in the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. She
is also a certified member of the United Trustee Association and National
Notary Association and is a notary public.

OUR SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES:
State of the Art Computerization: The Wolf Firm employs state
of the art technology including a data system called "ProLaw". Through ProLaw,
all client documents, memoranda, communications, notes, drafts and recorded
documents are kept in a centralized location so that all attorneys, paralegals,
and staff can access all file documentation. This allows for a quick review
of the any relevant files and other significant operating efficiencies.
Firm members are fully trained and work within LPS Desktop, Vendorscape,
Lenstar and Lincs. In addition, the firm provides a host of comprehensive
free services including on-site seminar training programs, internet based
training and periodic status reports.
.
.
FORECLOSURE FLAT FEE
PROGRAM:
The Wolf Firm bills under investor guidelines. For all loans that
are non-investor, we will bill under the lower Freddie Mac Guidelines.
These fees are exclusive of certain costs. While The Wolf Firm does
not charge for general legal questions, travel expenses, normal mileage,
long distance telephone charges, or photo-copying, the Firm does bill costs
paid to outside services or incidents to the case (service fees, appraisal,
and document retrieval fees).
Highlights of this fee schedule include the following:
-
No charge for normal internal costs.
.
-
Monthly status reports provided at no additional
charge.
.
-
On-Site training provided at no additional charge.
COMMUNICATION:
We recognize that a well-informed client is a satisfied one and thus
a number of systems have been developed to ensure that our clients are indeed
well- informed. First, we pride ourselves on promptly returning all
of your telephone calls and e-mails. Second, you will regularly
be receiving correspondences regarding the status of each case, and copies
of all pleadings are provided with explanatory cover letters. Third, if requested
the firm provides monthly status reports. We encourage questions and
attempt to provide practical answers based on legal principles related to
the customs and practices in the industry. Finally, all of these services
are included within the basic fee programs at no additional charge.
NATIONAL ATTORNEY NETWORK:
We helped found a national network of attorneys now known as the
USFN and we are a proud member of that association. Additionally, we are
a member of the AFN. The USFN and AFN are both recognized as premiere
legal networks in the country for problem loans. Should you need relief
from stay (or foreclosure, eviction, receivership, etc.) assistance in another
state, we can refer you to a USFN or AFN member and help coordinate the action
with that attorney. This service is provided at no additional charge.
TRAINING:
We are always striving to improve and enhance the training process.
Currently, the firm provides a comprehensive training program tailored
to meet the specific needs of its clients. Seminar topics include "An Overview
of Bankruptcy and Relief from Stay Actions," "Preparation of the Deed In
Lieu of Foreclosure" and "General Approaches to Evictions." We find
that seminars are an excellent means of communication and we provide this
service at no additional charge. Online training programs are also
available.
COST SAVINGS APPROACH:
The firm strives to perform legal services in the most cost effective
manner possible. When our clients have legal questions, our recommendations
are based on years of experience with local rules and local judges
throughout the State of California.
We also strive to inform our clients of methods and procedures they
may utilize internally in order to avoid unnecessary legal costs.
